Warranty & Guarantee
We take pride in supplying and installing high-quality garage doors and shutters designed for long-term reliability. For complete peace of mind, all of our installations come with a 12-month parts and labour warranty from the date of installation.
During this period, if a fault occurs due to defective parts or installation workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you, including labour.
Some of the products we install are supplied by manufacturers who offer their own extended warranties on certain parts, with cover available for up to 5 years depending on the supplier and product. These manufacturer warranties generally cover the product itself, but do not include labour costs for removal, repair, or reinstallation.
Some manufacturer warranties also require the product to be serviced and maintained at recommended intervals in order to remain valid. We can advise you on the servicing requirements for your specific door or shutter and provide ongoing maintenance if required.

What is not covered
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or external factors
- Issues resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
- Labour costs relating to manufacturer warranty claims after the initial 12-month warranty period
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which are not affected.
